Weight loss Diet plan in 7 days

All fruits except bananas. Your first day will consists of all fruits you want. It is suggested you consume lots of watermelon and cantaloupe.

All vegetables. You are encouraged to eat until you are stuffed with all the new and cooked vegetables of your choice. There is no limit on the account or type. Avoid oil and coconut while cooking vegetables. Have large boiled potato for breakfast.

Any mixture of fruits and vegetables of your choice. Any amount, any quantity. No bananas yet and no potatoes today.

Bananas and milk. Today you will eat as many as eight bananas and drink three glasses of milk. You can also have one bowl of vegetables soup.

Today is a feast day. You will eat 1 (one) cup of rice. You also have to eat 6 (six) whole tomatoes and drink 12 (twelve) glasses of water today to cleanse your system of the excess uric acid you will be producing.

Today is another all vegetables day. You must eat 1 cup of rice today and eat all the vegetables you want cooked and uncooked to your heart's content.

Today your food intake will consist of 1 cup rice, fruit juice and all the vegetables you care to consume. Tomorrow morning you will be five to eight kilograms lighter than 1 week ago. If you desire further weight loss, repeat the program again. Repeat the program as often as you like, however, it is suggested that you rest for three days before every repetition.

You have your system under control now and it will thank you for all the purging and cleansing you just gave it. Even more than a diet program it is good to follow this diet once in a while to clean your digestive system and remove toxic substances that have a accumulated in the system.


DAY 1:
Take as much of the fruit and fruit juice as possible. It is a very good and healthy source of energy, and not very fattening. But you should avoid bananas because they are not a very good diet food. Juices is a quick and tasty source of food and energy. The 1st day of this diet plan can reduce your weight up to 0.5 to 1 KG.

Day 2:
Take as many veggies and vegetable soups as you possibly can. Only eat stuff that is made up of vegetables. You can take the vegetables simmered or you can take them as they are with a little pepper and salt. Vegetables are good for the metabolism. If you take this food then it will provide your body with all the nourishing content that is required by the human body.

Day 3:
Take both fruits and fruit juices, and vegetables and their soups. It will have the combined effect of day 1 and day 2. The human body produces many toxins, and they  need to be taken care of. The fruit juice that we use and the solid fruit takes care of this problem. They reduce the toxins in your body.

Day 4:
Take eight bananas and four glasses of milk, or relevant products. You can make  milkshakes and have them. It is possible that you might not like the bananas, and you might not be able to eat all the bananas. But the only fruit that has the glucose needed by the body is the banana. It provides the body with instant energy.

Day 5:
Take four red tomatoes and vegetables. Vegetables contain lots of protein. Also, a lot of calcium is available in the tomatoes.

Day 6:
Take a big sized potato along with the butter. Also along with that take some vegetable soups. Boiled potatoes the best because that way keeps all of the useful materials that are required by the body. Fried potatoes are never very good.

Day 7:
You can take parched or simmered veggies, and you can have some boiled rice along with that. Sugar has carbohydrates that increase one’s weight. So you should have filtered water all through this diet plan. You can drink tea or coffee, but they should be sugar free.

Weight Loss Diet Plan for Vegetarians

Day One
Under the day one of your Vegetarian diet plan, eat lots of fruits except bananas. Because, banana is high in calories and thus, need to be avoided on day one. But you can eat lots of water melon, oranges, grapes and cantaloupe etc.

Day Two
Avoid oil and other fruits that contain oil like coconut. You can eat lot's of boiled vegetables today. For example you can have boiled potato in breakfast, salads in lunch and well cooked mix vegetables in dinner. You can also have fruits whole day.

Day Three
Same as day two plan. Lot's of vegetables and fruits are recommended. But remember not to eat bananas and potato.

Day Four
Today you can eat bananas but maximum eight in whole day. You can also take milk and vegetable soup. Eat other fruits like watermelon and muskmelon if you still feel hungry.

Day Five
On the day five, you can actually have some food like a cup of rice and boiled vegetables including 4 or 5 tomatoes. Drink lots of water whole day. It frees and clean the excess uric acid from your body.

Day Six
The sixth day is again the day of vegetables. In addition to green vegetables, 1 cup of rice is recommended.

Day Seven
Today, 1 cup rice, fruit juice and all the vegetables you want can be consumed by you and the very next morning you will experience a considerable loss in weight of your body. You can repeat this routine of diet whenever you find a increase in your weight but it is recommended to take a rest for 3 days before you think to start the program.

7 Day Diet Plan for Weight Loss

Day 1
All Fruits and Juices, Eat as much as you can, but avoid BANANAS

Day 4
8 Bananas & 4 glasses of milk. It is likely that you may not be able to consume all the bananas.
Bananas are the only fruits which contain readily available glucose required for our body.

Day 5
Have 4 red tomatoes & sprouts.
Sprouts are full of proteins. Tomatoes help in supplying the calcium content.

Day 6
1 Big Boiled Potato with a pat of butter & Soup made up of Sprouts.
The best forms of potatoes to be consumed are BOILED POTATOES. Never try the Fried version of it.

Day 7
Baked or Boiled Vegetables and Red Polished Rice.
SUGAR adds to your weight.

Drink lots of water throughout. Tea or coffee may taken but without sugar.
